Agreement between you and LawScription

The general Terms and Conditions (‘Terms’) set out below form an agreement (‘Agreement’) between you, the user, and LawScription. The Agreement governs any use of LawScription (‘The Website’) by any person. Please read these Terms carefully before using The Website as through the use of The Website you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our other policies which can be found on The Website.

It is your responsibility to ensure that any person who accesses The Website via your internet connection is aware of these Terms and that they comply with them. You are also responsible for ensuring that you have the correct provisions or facilities necessary to allow you access to The Website and for providing us with your correct and up-to-date contact details.

Legal templates are not a substitute for legal advice

LawScription enables you to keep legal costs down by drafting legal documents yourself online with the assistance of automation technology. Please note that the information and templates provided on The Website do not constitute legal advice from a qualified lawyer and these are simply basic templates intended to be modified by you in order to meet your specific requirements.

If you are in need of specific legal advice in relation to a template/s you should arrange a consultation with one of our qualified lawyers. Consultations of varying lengths and review of documents by qualified lawyers are included as part of our Bronze, Silver and Gold plans. For more information please see the ‘Pricing & Subscriptions’ section below.

Your use of the Website or your engagement with our LawScription service does not create a lawyer-client relationship between you and us and usual onboarding procedures would need to be followed before such a relationship would arise. You are responsible for representing yourself in any legal matter you undertake through our website unless you are represented by a lawyer.
